Acceptance of Terms
- By browsing this website, creating an account, placing an order, or contacting ANDIA Salon Chairs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- If you place an order for a business, salon, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
- These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific written confirmation we send to you.

Products, Images, and Availability
- We sell salon and barber furniture including styling chairs, barber chairs, shampoo chairs, pedicure chairs, and parlour chairs.
- Product images, colors, upholstery texture, dimensions, and finish details are provided to help you choose, but minor variations may occur because of screen settings, lighting, production batches, and materials.
- Stock availability is checked when you add items to cart and again during checkout. We may cancel or adjust an order if a product becomes unavailable or if a listed detail is incorrect.

Pricing, Taxes, Coupons, and Shipping
- Prices are shown in INR unless a different currency is clearly displayed.
- Taxes, shipping, discounts, and coupon adjustments are calculated during checkout before payment.
- Coupons are subject to their active dates, minimum spend, use limits, and any other offer terms shown with the promotion.
- We may correct pricing, tax, shipping, or product errors before accepting or dispatching an order.

Orders and Payment
- An order is accepted only after server-side verification of price, stock, address details, coupon eligibility, and payment selection.
- Payments may be processed through Stripe, Razorpay, or another verified payment provider available at checkout.
- We do not store full card, UPI, net banking, or wallet credentials on this website. Payment status is confirmed through the payment provider.
- Order status is recorded in your customer dashboard and in our admin system. A pending order may require payment completion before processing.

Delivery and Installation
- Delivery availability, timelines, and charges depend on the delivery address, product size, stock status, and carrier or installation requirements.
- You are responsible for providing complete delivery details, reachable contact information, and access suitable for large furniture items.
- Please inspect delivered items as soon as possible and report transit damage, missing parts, or visible defects with photos and your order number.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch. Once an order has moved to processing, shipped, or installation scheduling, cancellation may not always be possible.
- Eligible return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery unless a different written policy applies to your order.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete with accessories, and packed safely. Custom, installed, altered, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method after inspection and payment-provider processing.

Warranty and Care
- Warranty handling depends on the product, parts involved, use conditions, and written warranty details shared with the order.
- Warranty support does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, normal wear, stains, cuts, exposure to harsh chemicals, or commercial wear beyond the intended product use.
- Follow product care guidance for upholstery, chrome, hydraulics, basins, motors, and accessories to keep warranty support valid.

Accounts and Website Use
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- You must not misuse the website, interfere with security controls, upload malicious content, scrape restricted data, or attempt unauthorized access.
- We may suspend access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action where fraud, abuse, security risk, or policy violation is suspected.

Liability
- We aim to keep product, order, and website information accurate, but the website may occasionally contain errors or become unavailable.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANDIA Salon Chairs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses from website use, delayed delivery, product unavailability, or third-party payment services.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
