Return Policy
This policy explains return eligibility, exchange handling, product inspection, and refund or replacement processing for ANDIA Salon Chairs orders. Last updated: June 18, 2026.

Return Window
- We offer refund or exchange consideration within the first 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery confirmation, as applicable to the order.
- If 7 days have passed, the item will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required by applicable law or confirmed otherwise in writing.

Eligibility
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included parts.
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, custom order, installation-specific order, or under a special written condition may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange and Replacement
- Items are replaced or exchanged only when the request is accepted and the item is found defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under this policy.
- Exchange requests may require photos, order details, packaging inspection, pickup coordination, and product quality checks before approval.
- The final exchange or replacement decision will be made after the returned or inspected product is checked by ANDIA Salon Chairs or the relevant service partner.

Items Exempt from Returns
- Certain product categories or specific items may be exempt from returns or refunds. Those exclusions may be shown at the time of purchase, in the order confirmation, or in a written communication.
- Used items, damaged-by-customer items, altered items, missing-part items, improperly packed returns, and items showing misuse or unauthorized repair may be refused.

Return Process
- To start a return or exchange request, contact customer service with your order number, product details, reason for request, and supporting photos or videos.
- Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about receipt and the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
- If approved after quality check, the return, exchange, replacement, or refund will be processed according to our policies.

Return Costs
- Shipping, delivery, handling, or installation charges are not refundable if they were levied at the time of purchase, unless required by law or confirmed otherwise in writing.
- Return pickup or shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for return, product condition, delivery location, and service partner availability.
