Shipping Policy
This policy explains dispatch timelines, delivery address requirements, courier delays, shipping charges, and delivery inspection for ANDIA Salon Chairs orders. Last updated: June 18, 2026.

Shipping Partners
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, speed post, logistics partners, or other delivery partners selected for the product and delivery location.
- We currently handle orders for delivery within India unless a different written arrangement is agreed before order confirmation.

Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are shipped within 3 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Dispatch timelines are subject to product availability, order verification, payment confirmation, courier company norms, postal authority norms, and any installation or large-item handling requirement.
- If a product requires special handling or scheduled delivery, our team may contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Address and Confirmation
- Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for providing a complete address, correct postal code, reachable phone number, and delivery access suitable for large salon furniture items.
- Delivery updates or order confirmation will be sent to the email address or contact details specified during registration or checkout.

Courier Delays
- ANDIA Salon Chairs is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, logistics partners, weather, strikes, road restrictions, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside our reasonable control.
- We will support reasonable tracking and coordination requests once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping, delivery, handling, or installation charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- If shipping costs are levied by ANDIA Salon Chairs or a seller/service partner, those costs are not refundable unless required by law or confirmed otherwise in writing.

Delivery Inspection
- Please inspect the product and packaging at delivery or as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
- Report visible damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or delivery issues within 7 days with your order number and supporting photos or videos.
