Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains when cancellations can be requested, how damaged or defective product complaints are reviewed, and how approved refunds are processed. Last updated: June 18, 2026.

Policy Scope

  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation, damaged-product complaints, replacements, and approved refunds are handled for orders placed through ANDIA Salon Chairs.
  • This policy applies together with our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any written order confirmation shared with you.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • A cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated for processing, packing, shipment, installation scheduling, or is out for delivery.
  • If an order is already out for delivery and a cancellation cannot be processed in advance, you may refuse delivery where permitted by the delivery partner and order status.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Please share your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, packaging condition, and a short description so the request can be checked properly.
  • The request will be considered after the item and complaint details are checked by ANDIA Salon Chairs, the relevant seller, merchant, or service partner where applicable.

Product Not as Expected

  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or not as per your order expectations, you must bring it to customer service notice within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • After reviewing your complaint, product details, photos, and order record, the customer service team will take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Complaints

  • For products or parts covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty, warranty complaints may need to be handled according to the applicable warranty process.
  • Warranty support may require inspection, product photos, invoice details, serial or part information, and confirmation that the item was used and maintained correctly.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved by ANDIA Salon Chairs, the refund will be processed within 7 days after approval, subject to banking and payment-provider timelines.
  • Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed in writing.
  • If shipping or delivery charges were levied by ANDIA Salon Chairs or a seller/service partner, those charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed otherwise in writing.
